Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receipt by fallengrace.info@gmail.com We will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with German law. To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email before sending it back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item safely.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit institution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fallen Grace is not responsible for packages that were confirmed as delivered but lost or stolen. Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation to assist with your investigation.

- Please do not send any items back before contacting us; returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Keep the return shipment receipt as proof until your refund is completed.
